Gosh, Y’all, we have a headscratcher with one of our latest flips…do we add a loft space in a beautiful and huge attic – or, do we not??? This is probably our riskiest conundrum yet! We are up in this attic with our general contractor and our woodworker extraordinaire, trying to see where we can add a staircase and how much this will cost!!! Dear Lord, help us through this one!
