Hey hey, Guys! Today we were painting and caulking a property we are getting ready to list. We had an epiphany we think y’all will find valuable…it’s almost downright spiritual, really. “NEVER underestimate the power of a freshly painted baseboard!!!”
We were able to breathe new life to rooms that were feeling dingy, ugly, and sad, just by taking some extra white satin trim paint and getting the job done!
