We’re mothers…we flip homes…we’re the Mother Flippers, comprised of Andrea Cotie and Donna Noll!
We met in 2012, when our daughters were in kindergarten. At the time, we had both done slow, investment flips on a few of our personal homes with our husbands. Over the coming years, we each renovated and/or flipped several homes and rental properties individually. In 2018, we started the conversation, “hey, we’re both pretty good at this and we love it…why don’t we join forces and do this thing together…for real!?!”
Flash forward to April of 2019…we became an incorporated, legal entity…and Mother Flippers, LLC was born!!! To date, we have purchased and renovated over 8 homes! We literally wake up everyday and pinch ourselves that we are fortunate enough to do what we love and love what we do!

We feel like there should be no secrets in the flipping world. This is an awesome resource for folks who renovate, design, invest, or just want to be entertained!
