This was, by far, our most cluttered/dirty home yet. We purchased this one from a whole seller we love working with. The owner died in the home (of natural causes…check up on your real estate law for info.) and left a ton of furniture, food, and clothing behind. This is the flip where we learned that demolition and clean out are not where the buyer can make up cost. Labor for clean out and demo are some of the lest expensive items in the rehab process. If you want to save money doing things yourself…learn to paint or lay tile! LOL
