Take a look at what we did in El Lago, TX! This was our very first flip as a team – we loved every minute of it!

We LOVE breathing new life into old homes! We consider it our version of recycling/upcycling. We both have a true passion for old homes – they’ve been loved, lived in, and cherished…they don’t deserve to be rundown. What these treasures need is a little mother flipping updating!!!

Ferndale exterior – fresh paint, power wash, landscaping!
Ferndale kitchen – fresh paint on walls and cabinets are essential to lifting a tired kitchen. New appliances and an updated subway tile backsplash breathe new life into an old space!
Could this breakfast nook have been more dysfunctional??? After changing the dark panel color and removing the dingy seat pad, it’s ready for a family and a ton of toys!
Never underestimate the power of decluttering…AND fresh paint!
New laminate flooring was a must in this dated family room.
